Pressure Sensor

The main function of the excavator pressure sensor is to monitor the pressure of the excavator hydraulic system and convert the hydraulic pressure signal into an electrical signal output, providing operators with accurate pressure information to help control the excavator’s digging force and movement status.

The excavator pressure sensor is a device that can sense pressure signals and convert them into electrical signal outputs according to certain rules. It is usually installed between the hydraulic pump and hydraulic actuators, able to monitor pressure changes in the system, output corresponding electrical signals, and control the stability and accuracy of the hydraulic system. This sensor consists of a sensor and processing circuit. The sensor is responsible for sensing hydraulic pressure signals and converting them into electrical signal outputs, while the processing circuit amplifies, filters, and processes the electrical signals to output accurate pressure information. Operators can view this pressure information on a display screen or controller to understand the excavator’s operating status at any time, avoiding issues such as leaks or pressure abnormalities.

The application of excavator pressure sensors has multiple advantages, including improving the efficiency and accuracy of the excavator, enabling operators to better control digging force and movement status.
