Engine Throttle Controller

The main function of the excavator engine throttle controller is to regulate the engine speed to adapt to different working conditions and save fuel.

The excavator engine throttle controller achieves these functions through electronic throttle function and automatic idle function. The electronic throttle function allows the motor to be driven by adjusting the throttle knob, thereby adjusting the engine throttle opening and controlling the engine speed. This function allows the operator to precisely adjust the engine speed according to the work requirements, ensuring the excavator can perform at its best under different working conditions.

The automatic idle function automatically adjusts the engine speed in specific situations to save fuel. When the automatic idle switch is pressed and the engine speed is higher than 1200 rpm, if the operator stops operating (does not adjust the throttle knob, hands and feet do not move) for about five seconds, the engine speed will automatically decrease to a lower value (between 1100 and 1150 rpm), reducing unnecessary fuel consumption when the excavator pauses work.

Furthermore, the excavator engine throttle controller also has anti-stall function. In the event of abnormal situations such as the engine throttle lever being stuck or jammed, the controller can automatically cut off the output to the actuator, effectively protecting the actuator and related components, and avoiding equipment damage.

In summary, the excavator engine throttle controller intelligently controls the engine speed, not only improving work efficiency but also achieving the goal of energy saving and emission reduction.
