Oil Suction Filter

The main function of the excavator suction oil filter is to protect the oil pump and other hydraulic components from inhaling contaminated impurities, effectively controlling hydraulic system contamination and regulating the cleanliness of the hydraulic system.

The suction oil filter is installed at the oil pump’s suction port, directly mounted on the side, top, or bottom of the oil tank. Its design allows the suction tube to reach below the liquid level inside the oil tank, while the filter head of the suction oil filter is exposed outside the tank. This design, in conjunction with self-sealing valves, bypass valves, and filter contamination blockage indicators, ensures that the oil will not flow out of the tank when replacing or cleaning the filter element. This configuration not only protects the oil pump and other hydraulic components from damage caused by contaminated impurities but also maintains the cleanliness and efficient operation of the hydraulic system by controlling the level of contamination.
